If any person creates an account by providing false information, their account will be immediately closed and bdbage reserves the right to forfeit any funds held in that account.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If it is found that the same person is operating more than one account, all accounts will be closed and any winnings including bonuses will be considered void.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of account registration must be true, complete, and up to date. Where necessary, bdbage may request a national identity card, passport, or other documents as part of the identity verification (KYC) process. 3.1 Deposit Terms

3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Once a withdrawal request is approved, it is generally processed within 1 hour. However, the process may be delayed if identity verification documents have not been submitted or if there is any matter under review on the account. Withdrawals will be sent through the same method used for the deposit — in exceptional cases, bdbage may arrange an alternative.
3.3 Currency and Conversion
bdbage processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If funds are sent in a foreign currency, any applicable conversion rate and transaction fees are your responsibility. bdbage accepts no additional liability in this regard.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
The terms of all bonuses and offers are clearly stated below.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 and a total balance of ৳2,500; or a deposit of ৳14,000 gives a bonus of ৳10,000 and a total balance of ৳24,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (based on the bonus amount).
4.2 General Rules for Bonus Use
- Bonuses are only usable on eligible games; bonuses may not count equally across all games.
- A user may only claim one bonus benefit from a specific promotion.
- Bonuses are non-transferable — it is not possible to send a bonus to another account.
- Before wagering requirements are met, deposit funds and bonus funds will be tracked separately.
- Claiming a bonus through fraudulent means may result in the entire account being banned.

- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
You can move up to a higher tier through regular active play. The specific cashback rate for VIP will be determined by bdbage within the maximum limit shown for each tier.
5.2 VIP Membership Terms
To enjoy VIP benefits, the account must be active and operated in accordance with the guidelines. VIP benefits may be cancelled in the event of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms and conditions. bdbage reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP program at any time.
